Release, Citation And Help

Public v1.0 release-candidate identity

NMD-VCell Research Workbench v1.0.0-database-resource

These are separate version axes. None is a synonym for another. This build is a formal v1.0 candidate, not a formal v1.0 release.

Resource release

v1.0.0-database-resource

Public evidence and decision-state release.

Evidence freeze

25 July 2026

Latest included evidence-state date.

Schema

1.1

Typed canonical API and missing-value semantics.

Model release

ridge-safe-v2.3

Same-HepG2 benchmark only; raw direction and disease-context validity remain bounded.

Benchmark release

repeated-fold-v2.2

Repeated balanced-fold estimator and uncertainty object.

Interface build

EA-20260729-15

Research Workbench beta 3.5; presentation can change without changing evidence.

Research Workbench overlay archiveThe current interface, research-object contracts, Study Cards, schemas, build tools and derived-object checksums are locked separately. Inspect filename, size and SHA-256 or download the overlay archive. Both layers define this composite release-candidate package.
Permanent identifier pending. No DOI, licence or maintainer identity is fabricated. Formal v1.0 requires archive deposition and institution-approved metadata. v1.0 is a database and evidence-governance release; it is not a validated disease-prediction or clinical decision-support release.

Database-paper target

What v1.0 may claim after external gates pass

versioned, citable, FAIR-oriented neuromuscular evidence workbench with static typed API, relational download, research-object registry, provenance, checksums and explicit claim boundaries

Claims that remain unauthorized
  • validated DMD disease predictor
  • therapeutic response predictor
  • clinical decision-support platform
  • treatment-prioritization engine

Prediction boundary

Disease prediction is gated separately from database release

Current level

P0 prediction infrastructure only

P0 means infrastructure only: schemas, empty registry, benchmark and outcome board.

Next scientific level

P1 research use dmd perturbation response prediction

P1 requires independent disease-relevant perturbation validation and prospective outcomes.

Clinical level

P2 clinical prediction locked

P2 is locked and outside this release.

v1.0 handoff status

All currently automatable release gates pass. Four external gates remain and require author or institutional action; they are not scientific-analysis failures.

1 · Archive

Mint a DOI for both locked layers

The deposited filename, size and SHA-256 must match both the analysis core and Evidence Atlas overlay exactly.

2 · Data governance

Approve the data licence

The institution-approved data-licence identifier and approval reference remain external inputs.

3 · Code governance

Approve the code licence

The institution-approved code-licence identifier and text remain external inputs.

4 · Accountability

Approve public maintainer metadata

Name, institution and contact are published only after explicit author authorization.

Completing the input contract does not submit, deposit or publish anything automatically. It only makes the remaining authorization state auditable.

Release identity. Build integrity is separate from external submission metadata. The current files are checksum-locked; DOI, institutional licence and maintainer/contact fields remain pending and are not fabricated.
Database resource identity

v1.0.0-database-resource

Research Workbench identity candidate; formal v1.0 locked.

Citation and reuse routes

Use the resource version, access date, public URL and—after deposition—the DOI. Until then, cite the public URL and explicitly state that the DOI is pending.

Post-4.16i Public Release Boundary

Post-4.16i public website boundary: Frangieh is retained as schema-level independent-study denominator evidence only. The locked all-55-target endpoint found NO_DIRECTIONAL_TRANSFER_SUPPORT. Schema eligibility is not endpoint support. The public website is deployed; however, the manuscript remains not DOI-backed and not submission-authorized.
